A disputed island in the Black Sea

Ukraine and Romania appear to be saying that they will let an international court rule on Zmeiny (”serpent”), a disputed island in the northwestern Black Sea.

Administered by Ukraine, it is pretty much the sole island of significance in the Black Sea, and also it’s most isolated.

    It seems that Romania will win this dispute unfair… Till this moment Romania have concluded a number of concession treaties with large West oil-companies and a number of judges of the host countries of this companies are presented in International Court of Justice… So make your conclussions!
